Factors affecting the decolorization presure leaf filter effect

1. Decolorization temperature. The decolorization effect is best when the decolorization temperature is about 110 centigrade. In order to prevent condensate from entering the pressure leaf filter‘s filter cake and affecting the drying of filter cake and automatic slag unloading, the temperature of filter medium shall be above 105 centigrade.

2. Decolorization time: the effective decolorization time of oil products shall be controlled within 20min~30min to ensure the decolorization effect.

3. Absolute pressure: the absolute pressure in the decolorizer should be reduced to 93kpa~6.6kpa, that is, vacuum decolorization can effectively remove the air in it. Proper effective mixing blades can improve the decolorization effect and calculate the effective decolorization time.
