Oil Bleaching Pressure Leaf Filter for Oil Refinery Process

Pressure Leaf Filter for crude oil bleaching in the oil refinery process with Decolorization process is one of the important filtration processes in edible oil refining. At present, the most commonly used method of oil decolorization is activated clay adsorption decolorization, and then filtering through oil decolorization pressure leaf filter.

Description

Pressure Leaf Filter for crude oil bleaching in the oil refinery process with Decolorization process is one of the important filtration processes in edible oil refining. In addition to removing pigment in oil, it can also reduce phospholipid content, peroxide value, soap content and metal ion content, thus improving the color, flavor and oxidation stability of oil, providing good conditions for further refining equipment refining. At present, the most commonly used method of oil decolorization is activated clay adsorption decolorization, and then filtering through oil decolorization pressure leaf filter.

Specific methods and principles of vertical pressure leaf filter for oil refining and decolorization

1. After metering, the oil is preheated to 80~90 centigrade. All the oil is premixed with active clay and sent to the bleaching pan for decolorization.
2. The oil and active clay decolorizing agent shall be mixed under normal pressure and premixed under high temperature to avoid oil oxidation caused by heating to the greatest extent, so as to ensure oil quality.
3. The decolorized oil and waste clay are separated by filtration. In this step, the vertical blade filter is often used to filter the grease. When the vertical pressure leaf filter is used for filtering, the whole process of the separated medium is in a completely closed environment. After filtering, dry the oil in the filter cake with dry steam to reduce the residual oil in the filter cake and oil oxidation.
4. In the decolorized clear oil obtained through the above primary filtration, a certain amount of waste clay will inevitably remain due to the filtering equipment or operation. Therefore, in actual production, the decolorized clear oil after primary filtration should be safely filtered to ensure the color and quality of the final oil.
